Anti-Human Neutrophil NFPRb
- Description: Formyl peptide receptors (FPR) are a family of G-protein-coupled receptors of mammalian phagocytic cells are involved in antibacterial host defense and inflammation. Activating these receptors can mediate neutrophil chemotaxis, production of reactive oxygen species and stimulate degranulation of neutrophils. NFPRb (NFPR2) can be employed in the study of inflammation sites where the accumulation, activation and control of neutrophils is partly driven by the binding of N-formyl peptides to N-formyl peptide chemoattractant receptors (FPRs).
