- Specificity: Recognizes human Retinoblastoma (Rb). Reacts with hyperphosphorylated and un (under) phosphorylated form of Rb. Specifically stains the nuclei of BT-20 cells and primary human foreskin fibroblast (HFF) cells. Does not react with p107 or p130. Does not crossreact with mouse or rat.
