• Storage Conditions: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Specificity: Recognizes human pan synuclein. Species Crossreactivity: Rat.3/2/07 replace Desc1 which was deleted-add IHC image change grade from purified-chack off WB-WS 2/27/07-Changed Applications. Applications: Western Blot: (2-4ug/ml for 2hours at RT) (not verified) Immunohistology: (Formalin/paraffin) (Ab 1:400 for 30 min at RT) Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.-Changed Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only.
