GLP-26 disrupts the encapsidation of pre-genomic RNA, causes nucleocapsid disassembly and reduces cccDNA pools[1]. GLP-26 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
