Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. 
• Specificity: Reacts to HLA Class 1 Antigen-A10,B62,B71. Additional crossreactivity occurs with related proteins. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.
