Active Protein & In Stock ProteinRelevance:
Fibroblast growth factor 8 (FGFÂ8) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family. It is discovered as a growth factor essential for the androgen-Âdependent growth of mouse mammary carcinoma cells. Mouse FGFÂ8b shares 100% aa identity with human FGFÂ8b. FGFÂ8 is widely expressed during embryogenesis, and mediates epithelialÂ-mesenchymal transitions. It plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell migration. It is required for normal brain, eye, ear, limb development during embryogenesis and normal development of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neuronal system.Endotoxin:

Lyophilized powderBuffer:
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered 1xPBS, pH 7.4Reconstitution:
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.Molecular Weight:
22.5 kDaStorage Conditions:
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself. Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20℃/-80℃. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20℃/-80℃.
