Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes HLA Class 1 Antigen-B44,B75,B17. Additional crossreactivity occurs with related proteins. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.
