NFATC2 (NFATc2, NF-ATc2, NFATP, NFAT1, T-cell transcription factor NFAT1, Nuclear factor of activated T-cells, cytoplasmic 2)

  • NCBI Gene ID: 4773
  • Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
  • Storage Conditions: May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
  • Specificity: Recognizes mouse NF-ATc2. Detects bands of ~140kDa (phosphorylated NF-ATc2 in resting immune cells) and ~120kDa (fully-dephosphorylated NF-ATc2 in stimulated cells) by Western blot. Does not cross-react with NF-ATc1. Species Crossreactivity: human and rat.
