Anti-GRK2/GRK2 Antibody Picoband®, APC Conjugate
- Background: Short transient receptor potential channel 3 (TrpC3) also known as transient receptor protein 3 (TRP-3) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRPC3 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane protein that can form a non-selective channel permeable to calcium and other cations. The encoded protein appears to be induced to form channels by a receptor tyrosine kinase-activated phosphatidylinositol second messenger system and also by depletion of intracellular calcium stores. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
- Description: Boster Bio Anti-GRK2/GRK2 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A01473-1. Tested in Flow Cytometry, IF, IHC, ICC, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.

- Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human GRK2, identical to the related mouse and rat sequences.
- Clonality: Polyclonal
- Tissue Specificity: Expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes.
- Applications: Flow Cytometry,IF,IHC,ICC,WB
- Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
- Concentration: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
- Form: Lyophilized
- Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
- Function: Specifically phosphorylates the agonist-occupied form of the beta-adrenergic and closely related receptors, probably inducing a desensitization of them. Key regulator of LPAR1 signaling. Competes with RALA for binding to LPAR1 thus affecting the signaling properties of the receptor. Desensitizes LPAR1 and LPAR2 in a phosphorylation-independent manner.
- Components: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
