The SIGNET GFAP Monoclonal Antibody (Clone: 6F2) stains normal glial cells as well as astrocytomas and ependymomas. Cross reactivity has been demonstrated in mouse and rabbit brain. It does not react with vimentin, neurofilament, cytokeratin, or desmin.
