| High resolution separation with
simple operation. One entire surface of gel sandwich is in contact with

requirement for cooling. A gel is held simply with unique pressure platen,
without the use of screws or clamps, while eliminating the possibility of
slippage or leakage. This chamber is transparent, has no obstructions to

| Temperature-controlled PAGE of
proteins or nucleic acids. Consists of slab gel cast, chamber and TempCon
(heat exchanger). One or two gels are run. Both two surfaces of each gel

with TempCon. TempCon has a circulation pump to recirculate buffer. TempCon
also are connected with a thermostatic circulator. Heat exchange between
