Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE) Slab Electrophoresis Chamber AE-6200

  High resolution separation with simple operation. One entire surface of gel sandwich is in contact with buffer for rapid heat dissipation and uniform gel temperature. It affords relatively fast, high resolution separation, while minimizing the possibility of smiling effect, distortion or diffusion of bands, without the requirement for cooling. A gel is held simply with unique pressure platen, without the use of screws or clamps, while eliminating the possibility of slippage or leakage. This chamber is transparent, has no obstructions to visibility, and provides ease of access to sample wells and observation of separation.
Dual Slab Chamber/Dual Mini Slab Chamber AE-6290/6510

  Temperature-controlled PAGE of proteins or nucleic acids. Consists of slab gel cast, chamber and TempCon (heat exchanger). One or two gels are run. Both two surfaces of each gel sandwich are in contact with buffer for the most effective temperature control of gels. The chamber has buffer inlet and outlet ports to connect with TempCon. TempCon has a circulation pump to recirculate buffer. TempCon also are connected with a thermostatic circulator. Heat exchange between buffer and circulation fluid is made within TempCon. Compact PAGE AE-7300

  Compact type PAGE provided with power supply.  Gel size(60mm x 60mm) and apparatus body are very compact. Buffer volume required is only 90mL, as a result, running cost can be saved. Electrophoresis time is only 30 minutes. In spite of compact size and low price, it establishes the same level of resolution separation as the former mini-gel electrophoresis system.
miniQuencer AE-6141

  18 x 20cm, moderate gel size provides necessary and sufficient migration distances to reconcile high resolution separation with high operation efficiency over larger and smaller gels. Gel sandwich is backed by built-in aluminum heat sink, which is backed by water jacket, built-in and removable. Circulating thermostatic water through the water jacket provides temperature regulation of gel, that is essential for SSCP or differential display of nucleic acids, as well as cooling of gel.
Precast Gel PAGEL Precast Mini Gels AE-6000 series

  Precast polyacrylamide gels with performed wells and a stacking gel, ready to run in the ATTO mini PAGE systems. The high quality gels with quality-consistent gel formation ensure high resolution  separation and high gel-to-gel reproducibility. The glass cassettes provide faster heat dissipation and more uniform temperature than plastic cassettes. Uniform, single concentration gels and linear gradient gels are offered. They have a life of about 6 months when stored at about 2 to 8C.
Tris-Glycine e-PAGEL Precast Gels AE-6000 series

  Precast polyacrylamide gels with performed wells, specifically designed for use with ATTO mini PAGE systems. The ready-to-run gels simplify and speed protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis procedures. The gels afford either SDS-PAGE in Tris-Glycine buffer system. Single concentration and gradient gels with 14 or 18 sample wells are offered. The gels keep for about 6 months under 2 to 10°C storage.
